Presented by the Charters Towers Employment and Skills Development Network.

As part of the Regional Drought Resilience Program (RDRP), Charters Towers Regional Council and Burdekin Shire Council have partnered with Central Queensland University (CQU) to create Regional Workforce Strategies for both areas.

The goal is to better understand what our region needs to attract and keep workers, build local skills, and support future jobs and economic growth.

To make sure the strategy reflects the needs of the Charters Towers region, CQU is asking local businesses, industry groups, community organisations, and other stakeholders to share their views.
